Privacy Policy for Sticker Apps for iMessage by Orangefield Independent School District

Orangefield Independent School District (“Company”, “we” or “OISD”) has adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how OISD collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with OISD’s iOS iMessage Sticker Apps. OISD respects the privacy of the users of their Sticker Apps (“User” or “you”) and is committed to protecting the User’s information. You have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our sticker apps.

OISD operates certain mobile applications (sticker apps) which may be viewed as being directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) which are distributed in Apple’s iMessage Store.

OISD reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy as reasonably necessary, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of the sticker apps will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU OR, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR LEGAL GUARDIAN, DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL, ACCESS AND/OR USE THE STICKER APPS AND YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROMPTLY ERASE THEM, AND ANY PART THEREOF, FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

If you are under 13 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask your legal guardian for permission to access the sticker apps after your legal guardian reviews this Privacy Policy. OISD encourages parents and/or guardians to play an active role in their children’s online experience. This Privacy Policy is designated to provide the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 years old, with guidance regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to collecting, using and disclosing personal information regarding children under the age of 13 (“Kids”) when using our sticker apps.

1. Personal Information

While the sticker apps are being used by our Users we do not knowingly collect Personal Information.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” includes without limitation the following:

• First and last name;
• A home or other physical address including street name and name of a city or town;
• Online contact information;
• A screen or user name that functions as online contact information;
• A telephone number;
• A social security number;
• A persistent identifier that can be used to recognize a User over time and across different websites or online services, including a cookie number, an IP address, a processor or device serial number, or a unique device identifier;
• A photograph, video, or audio file, where such file contains a Kid’s image or voice;
• Geolocation information sufficient to identify a User’s street name and name of a city or town; or
• Any information collected online from a Kid (and/or the Kid’s legal guardian) and combined with any item of information listed above.

OISD does not directly collect and store on its servers any Personal Information from Users of the sticker apps.

2. Non-personal Data

OISD collects non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”). OISD only receives data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.

With respect to such sticker apps Non-personal Data, OISD has no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the sticker apps Non-personal Data. Sticker apps Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod) and country of sale (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc).

3. How User Information is Collected

The above-mentioned Non-personal Data are collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers. OISD accesses the data via a iTunes Connect, App Analytics. For more information on Apple’s User Information collection please refer to their privacy policy at http://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. Advertising

OISD does not display advertising in its Sticker App.
